The Fluxiom account holder is the person who originally set up your Fluxiom account. The account holder is the only person that can access the “Account” page, up/downgrade the account, change billing information, view past invoices, and cancel the account.
- Go to Account > Overview
- On the overview page scroll down to Account Holder

- From the drop down choose one of the existing administrators to be the new account holder. If the person does not appear in the list you have to grant this person administrative permissions first.
- To ensure the security of your account you have to provide your password to save the changes
- Click Change account holder to save your changes.
