1. Click on “My info” next to your name

On the “My info” page you can edit all settings regarding your personal information, you can:

• change login
• change password
• change e-mail address
• change first name and last name
• upload or change your avatar (image)

To ensure the security of your personal information you have to provide your password to change this information.

Lost password?

1. Go to the login screen of your Fluxiom account
2. Click on the “I’ve lost my password – help please!” link
3. Provide your login
4. You will receive an e-mail with instructions to reset your password.
